Chromebook Troubleshooting

Please try all of the steps below before contacting support.
The first two steps also work on Windows and Apple devices.
Clear Browsing Data
With Chrome open, press Ctrl + Shift + Del
Select "All time" on the top row
Select all of the options EXCEPT for "Autofill form data".
Select "Delete data".
Close Settings tab

 

Reset Settings

At the top right, select
Select Settings
Scroll to the bottom and select Advanced
Scroll to the bottom and select Restore settings to their original defaults
Select Reset settings
Close the Settings tab

 

Hard reset your Chromebook

Turn off your Chromebook.
Press and hold Refresh + tap Power . 
When your Chromebook starts up, release Refresh .
