Jamesburg Public Schools Registration
 
To register your child in Jamesburg Public Schools, families must complete the online registration application and submit all required documentation.
 
Please use the link or QR code provided in the attached flyer to begin the registration process:
 
After your application has been submitted, the Registrar’s Office will contact you to schedule an in-person appointment.
 
At your appointment, you must bring all original documents that were uploaded during the online registration process. Please keep all documentation together after uploading, as every document will be reviewed at your scheduled appointment.
 
The following documents are required for upload and in-person verification:
 
  • Complete Proof of Residency
  • Affidavit Form (if applicable)
  • Domicile Form
  • Parent/Guardian Identification
  • Original Birth Certificate
  • Medical Documentation
  • Records Release Form

Monroe High School Students – Residency Verification
 
This registration process applies only to families who have moved to Jamesburg and whose child will attend Monroe Township High School.
 
Families must complete the residency verification packet linked below. Once residency verification has been approved, you must finalize registration directly with Monroe Township High School.
