Campers: 1st - 7th grade
Camp Dates: July 6th- August 7th
Time: 8am-4pm daily

2.Parent Receipt of Information Packet Check List: ( PRINT ONLY the 1st PAGE SIGNED)
3. Conditions of Enrollment/Expulsion Policy signed and dated
Summer Deposit and payments:
Will only be made online.
Payments will be made on your PROCARE account.
Payment dates are listed in the registration packet
